I will describe an object referred to as a paper clip.

I. Physical Description:
	A. Shape:
		1. thin round wire
		2. bent in a curve 180 degrees roughly every quarter of its 		  		    length.
	B. Material
		1. most commonly metal, tin, steel or aluminum.  Also 		   		    sometimes plastic, or plastic coated metal.
	C.  Dimensions:
		1. a variety of potential sizes but usually
		2. one half inch two one and a half inches long (bent)
		3. eighth of an inch to one quarter of an inch wide (bent)
		4. Unbent wire is three to six inches long.

	The process for using the object know as a paper clip is as
follows.  A paper clips common purpose is to hold together a bundle of
thin flat objects.  To do this take several stacked thin objects,
stack should not contain more than a few dozen sheets.  Manipulate
paper clip so that one bend of clip is on top of the stack and one is
below the stack.  Push clip down until pressure of the bent metal
holds stack together.
